On-Chip Memory: Our products integrate 16K bytes of static read-only memory (ROM) directly on-chip. It provides efficient read access with single-cycle processing of byte, halfword (16-bit) and word (32-bit) operations. Additionally, it includes 256K bytes of embedded flash memory (EFLASH) for data storage and retrieval.

USB Controllers: Our USB controllers are designed to comply with the USB 2.0 standard. It has an integrated PHY block to ensure seamless connection with USB devices. It is certified for high-speed (480MHz) and full-speed (12MHz) USB operation.  The UTMI+ level 2 transceiver interface enables reliable data transmission and supports eight transmit/receive endpoints (ep0, ep1, ep2, ep3, ep4, ep5, ep6, ep7).

Access to Ultragith® C, MIFARE Plus® cards: Our products provide fast, secure access to Ultragith® C and MIFARE Plus® cards. Support AES, RSA, DES and other encryption algorithms to ensure reliable protection of sensitive data. Data transfer is fast and reliable thanks to Jet Fast technology.  NXP RC522 or RC523 card reader ICs are compatible with TYPE A and Type A & TYPE B cards, providing card compatibility versatility.
